Butterfield Ranch is a great RV park and campground to stop at when heading in or out of San Diego. Located in the High Desert of Anza Borrego, Butterfield Ranch has been serving RV campers, cabin campers, tent campers and just about any other adventure hungry type of San Diegan for years. We’re about providing activities and amenities to help you and your family, friends, and loved ones have a great place to share an experience.

If you feeling like settling down at Butterfield Ranch, we would be happy to help you move your Mobile Home to our Mobile Home Park Section. Our space rent starts at only $325 per month and we offer some great amenities. Butterfield Ranch is a great place for retirees and vacation homes. Don’t have your own mobile home? You are welcome to purchase one of the existing mobile homes on the park. Come on down and check out this wonderful place to live. No pressure, just you and the mobile homes.

Butterfield Ranch borders the beautiful and mystical Anza Borrego Desert State Park. A short drive from The Ranch will take you to the popular San Diegan towns of Julian and Borrego Springs.

Julian is a historic gold mining town and popular retreat area in San Diego County. It happens to be one of the few areas in Southern California that experience four seasons throughout the year. Julian is also famous for their apple pies, romantic atmosphere, antique shops, and historical museums.

Borrego Springs is a beautiful desert oasis with many activity options for the outdoor enthusiast. Golfing, hiking, biking, 4WD riding and several restaurants are all there for your enjoyment. Check out our Post on great places to hike.

Both Julian and Borrego Springs are in close proximity to Butterfield Ranch and can be enjoyed year round.
